Another six from my book, Double the Trouble. But first a little background on the book.
Kate Wesley left Twinsburg, Ohio five years ago after her fiancé jilted her. Now she’s back, happy and content with her single life. She doesn’t need men to fulfill her dreams, she has her florist shop.
Widower, Mark Westfield wasn’t interested in women. He had five-year old twins to raise, and they took all his time and energy. But Kate sparked something in him he hadn’t expected to feel again.
Adam Shaffer left Kate two days before the wedding. Left a note and took off to Las Vegas. Biggest mistake of his life. But now they were both back, and he aimed to win Kate back.
My six:
“The least you could do is give me a chance to explain. Not that I’m sure I could. I’m not sure, even now, why I took off. Cold feet, I guess.”
Kate trembled at his touch. A spark of something familiar tumbled in her stomach.

Thanks for the background info.
Great six! Would like to read more :)
nice 6 and great title!
Looks like Adam is going to stir up trouble for her and Mark. Fitting title!
Marsha, maybe Mark is going to stir up trouble for her and Adam
Ooh. If she ends up taking him back, I sure hope she makes him grovel first. ;)
interesting six. Certainly a spark of interest going on.
Cold feet, how lame is that? I'd flip the pages, see how it plays out. Smooth and lovely lines.
I hope she knocks him upside the head....
nice six, yeah cold feet is kinda lame...something tells me there is more to his leaving! I hope there is more to it, anyway, that way she can forgive him and they can have a HEA. Otherwise he's a jerk and doesn't deserve the forgiveness hehe I'm intrigued and and want to read more.
cold feet? nope, isn't going to cut it. Hope she makes him do much better than that
Oooh, I hope she makes him pay!
Great six. Hope she goes with Mark
I love this cover and title...and the background on the story. Yep...I have to read this one. This Six Sentence Sunday is piquing a larger interest than my purse can support. *lol*
I'd slap him for the old cliche of 'cold feet.' Like that makes it ok, grrr!
Sounds like he has a lot of making up to do. What a jerk!
Sounds like another winner, Roseanne! Sounds like she should just punch the guy in the nose! How reliable is someone who leaves two days before a wedding?
Sounds like a really engrossing story. Thanks for commenting on my blog, too!
they sound anything but "cold" now ;)
Powerful six. Love it :)
